VIP Associates of Tennessee is looking to hire both full-time and part-time Cashiers / Customer Service Associates for their Great American Cookies franchise. Are you a highly motivated team player? A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL CASHIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

As a part-time or full-time Cashier / Customer Service Associate at Great American Cookies, you are the face of our company! While people love our clean, cheerful look and the products we offer, they wouldnt keep coming in if it werent for the exceptional customer service that you and your team provide them every single time! There is always something to do. But, customer service is always your number one priority! You greet every single person that stops by with your warm smile, no matter how busy you are. You provide samples, suggest products, and pass out cake brochures. Your enthusiasm is contagious! As a cashier, you assist with purchases and make sure that they have everything they need and want, as well as packaging all products carefully according to proper procedures. When the phone rings, you answer with the same friendliness and commitment to customer service, making sure to take orders with accuracy and attention to detail. You also get to bake cookies and restock products. And, you take great pride in keeping all areas super neat and clean. You like to stay busy. And you love that you get to meet lots of new people every day, as well as regular customers that come back because of the great customer service you provide.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL CASHIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

• At least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to operate a cash register and count back change
• Customer service skills
